This is the ERTSAR Medic Badge.
It 'may' be worn buy professional medics with protected titles (Doctor, Nurse or Paramedic) or more likeley that you are
• Red Cross EMR Level
• NAEMT EMT Certified
• Possibly First Responder with additional Training
• Military Combat Medic
or a few other courses and experience on a cases by case basis.).

(Unfortunately First and and CPR is not enough to wear this patch.)
